The AEV HD Brush Guard for the 2024+ GMC Sierra 2500 HD and 3500 HD is purpose-built to protect critical front-end components during high-speed wildlife impacts — particularly in rural, mountain, and remote driving environments where deer and elk strikes are a real concern.

The AEV HD Brush Guard integrates directly into the reinforced structure of the AEV HD Front Bumper, attaching at both the front and side mounting points. This allows impact forces to be distributed through a structurally engineered system rather than concentrated into vulnerable body panels.
Construction includes a carefully engineered blend of:
- Up to 3" primary tubing
- Precision mandrel bends for structural integrity
- Reinforced mounting architecture designed specifically for Sierra HD geometry
The result is upper-front protection for the radiator, grille, and headlights — areas most likely to disable the vehicle after a wildlife strike.
