Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with the products purchased, please contact Main Line Overland for a Return Authorization Number. All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original box and condition and the product must not be used, damaged, missing components or manufacturer’s documentation. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds do not include shipping costs. On exchange of defective products, Main Line Overland will pay for shipping on the outbound replacement product only. No refunds or exchanges on any special order item.
Main Line Overland does not offer or extend warranty coverage outside the coverage offered by the original manufacturer. However, we will be more than happy to assist in any warranty concern you may have.
Defective or Missing Items
If you receive a defective item, the wrong item or the wrong quantity, please immediately contact Main Line Overland. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt.
